[PATCH] tests: Use $LOGDIR for the config file name prefix

start.sh passes a hardcoded -x/tmp/logs/ to the wpa_supplicant
instance used for dynamic interfaces. That path is only correct when
the tests run under vm-run.sh, where inside.sh mounts the log share
at /tmp/logs and re-exports LOGDIR=/tmp/logs.

When run-all.sh or start.sh is used directly, LOGDIR points to the
logs subdirectory instead, so every INTERFACE_ADD that passes a
configuration file from the log directory is rejected and the test
fails with "Failed to add a dynamic wpa_supplicant interface".

Use $LOGDIR, like the rest of the script already does.
