Thanks for reporting, I will fix this in the next v12 series.

Btw, I also found that the latest regulatory.db causes main branch fail
with the two cases. That is caused by a change which that adds the DFS
requirement on the country used in two testcases.

Maybe we need to use a different country code for the test?
