does wpa_supplicant 2.9 support 802.11k neighbor report ?

I am using wpa_supplicant 2.9 for client side to test fast roaming. APs are running OpenWrt, which support 802.11K neighbor report.
It seems wpa_supplicant client doesn’t support neighbor report, right ?  If support, how to enable it.
