does wpa-2.9 support fine timing measurement (iFTMR) ?

Does the wpa-2.9 [package support “fine timing measurement” request (iFTMR) frames ?
Further will hostapd and supplicant pass Wi-Fi CERTIFIED Location™ Interoperability Test Plan Version 1. ?

Are there build config switches needed, values ?
I see runtime confg file settings.
