Hi,

  My company decided to start using 802.11r for roaming performance. Thus I
am working on change our Linux desktop system to connect to new 802.11r
SSID.

  The wireless network is provided by Cisco WLC. The Linux kernel is 3.12.
The wireless chip is Intel 62205. The wpa_supplicant is v2.2
with CONFIG_IEEE80211R=y. The wpa configuration is:

fast_reauth=0
ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant
network={
    proactive_key_caching=1
ssid="********"
    bgscan="simple:600:-66:1200"
    freq_list=5035 5040 5045 5055 5060 5080 5170 5180 5190 5200 5210 5220
5230 5240 5260 5280 5300 5320 5500 5520 5540 5560 5580 5600 5620 5640 5660
5680 5700 5745 5765 5785 5805 5825
identity="********"
key_mgmt=FT-EAP
proto=WPA2
pairwise=CCMP
group=CCMP
eap=TLS
ca_cert="/usr/local/etc/wlan_cert/root.pem"
client_cert="/usr/local/etc/wlan_cert/user_cert.pem"
private_key="/usr/local/etc/wlan_cert/user_key.pem"
private_key_passwd="********"

  Now it is able to connect to 802.11r SSID, and use it. But on WLC debug
log, I found out that the client is not recognized as TGr capable. Thus
roaming is still by starting a new auth, instead of re-association.

  Anything I should do? Thanks.
