Questions on using EAP-AKA

I managed to get this working.  I had to use hostapd as the
RADIUS server.

I used hlr_auc_gw to handle the AKA authentication, using the
default config files in hostapd/ dir.

hlr_auc_gw is not smart enough to remove it's unix socket if it
already exists, by the way...but if you manually remove it then
all is good.
