Client disconnection at PTK renewal

If the message 4 of 4-way handshake is not received, disconnecting the
station is the expected and correct behavior. I wireless capture of the
exchange would be needed to determine what happened with this message
that the AP side did not seem to receive or at least deliver to hostapd.
