Resubmitting: Help with compiling hostap against libnl

Hi Richard,

I had to add the following to my hostapd .config:

CONFIG_LIBNL32=y
LIBNL=<path to libnl directory>
CFLAGS += -I$(LIBNL)/include
LIBS += -L$(LIBNL)/lib/.libs
