prism2 hfa384x_cmd: cmd_queue full and all stop working

Hi all,
sometimes my wifi connection stops working and in the kernel messages I can
read a lot of:
[...] wifi0: hfa384x_cmd: cmd_queue full

At this point I need to reboot the system or bring wlan0 down, unload the
hostap_pci kernel module and then back.

I'm tried with both hostapd v0.6.10 and v1.0 on my debian squeeze (I've
backported v1.0 from wheezy to test it) with the same result.

# uname -r
3.2.0-0.bpo.3-686-pae

# hostap_diag -b wlan0
NICID: id=0x8013 v1.0.0 (PRISM II (2.5) Mini-PCI (SST parallel flash))
PRIID: id=0x0015 v1.1.1
STAID: id=0x001f v1.7.4 (station firmware)
[...]

Any idea? Let me know if I can post any other useful info.

Cheers,
Laurento
