build breakage due to crypto_hash_finish patch

It turned out that OpenSSL API had changed in 0.9.9 and this triggered
the compilation error with older versions after a recent commit. This is
fixed in commit 895cb1683d56d6def966ca5bd0b77c43cad823b1.
