Building hostapd on windows

I want to run a test as described here

My first question

I built wpa_supplicant with ndis driver using VS2005 but when I change
the configuration to use driver_test I have some compilation errors
do I have to include anything else to the project other than the
driver_test.c? or do anything else?

 

Second Question

I need to build the hostapd? What should I do? Create another project
from VS? and what files should be included in this project?

 

I want to run this test as soon as possible, I'd appreciate the help.
