These problems of having characters repeated when typoing or the mouse
freeze for a second happens only when wpa_supplicant is running.
After i stop wpa_supplicant all goes as it should.

So, when you use you wi-fi channel at high speed (for example, when downloading something) - the wi-fi connection between you AP and PC interfere with wireless key/mouse. That's why you have freezes and repeated characters. This is normal. I have the same problem with my Logitech MK-520 when downloading something big and time-consumable via Wi-Fi, but this behavior does not appears when, for example, surfing web sites or playing online games.
