keyboard repeating and mouse freezes with wpa_supplicant

Can you check, is these "freezes" occurs when you use wireless channel (for ex. surfing/downloading) or simply when you just connect to AP with wpa_supplicant, e.g. run wpa_supplicant and at this moment these freezes begins.
