Does wpa_supplicant support static WEP + IEEE802.1x authentication?

Hi,

 

Some of old APs support static WEP + IEEE802.1x EAP authentication to
raise security level. My question is: does wpa_supplicant support static
WEP + IEEE802.1x EAP-MD5 authentication? If it does, how to configure
wpa_supplicant for static WEP + EAP authentication?
