Yes, you can extract GSM authentication triplets from the SIM and then
use them to test EAP-SIM (but only for limited testing purposes).

Yes, you can use eapol_test for this (cd wpa_supplicant; make
eapol_test): eapol_test sim <PIN> <num triplets>
