Has the supplicant supported P2P(station-station?) yet?

hi, all

I am a newer to wpa_supplicant and is responsible for the wifi related 
defects of our company.

I heard that a new technology named WiFi-Direct which lets two station 
talk to each other directly without an AP.  It is cool!

So my question is what's the relation between the WiFi-Direct and the 
P2P which implemented in our tree? Could the function of P2P been used 
right now?
