Thanks! I re-ordered/merged some of the patches together to avoid the
commits that enabled this without the driver capability flag. I don't
have a setup for testing this apart from making sure it does not break
the normal scan behavior, so I would suggest running a quick test on top
of the current hostap.git.

I have couple of small comments to patches which I'll send in response
to individual patches, but other than that, there should only be some
small cleanup changes I did while reviewing the patches.
