That debug entry from hostapd does not indicate that the Block Ack
Action frame would be invalid; it just says that hostapd does not
recognize the frame (and it should not since it does not process that
frame). However, that frame should not really be delivered to hostapd in
the first place..
Which driver and/or Linux kernel version are you using? Which version of
hostapd are you using?
