wpa_supplicant in Eclipse Galileo (Ubuntu)

Hi guys,
I tried a lot, but i couldn't build wpa_supplicant-0.7.1 in Eclipse (with
CDT). Probably it's because eclipse creates its own Makefile.

Can someone help me how can i do this??
