Thanks for your comment. I now wrote to ndiswrapper-general. I now have 
extracted the Windows XP driver, hopefully the guys can help. I don't know why 
there should be a legal problem, because the driver is not changed, just 
packaged in a different kind and the driver is free to download and to install 
anyway...
