hostapd 802.1X authenticator and wired LAN

hostapd implements IEEE 802.1X Authenticator and that part can be used
both with wired and wireless LAN. However, please note that hostapd does
not implement PAE (i.e., filtering of packets from unauthorized ports),
so that part needs to be implemented separate in case of wired LAN.
