Can't boot hostapd with ath9k driver

I could boot hostapd and saw a probe response includes Management MIC information
element with WL300NC-G.

I changed kernel config.

CONFIG_MAC80211_DEFAULT_PS=n
CONFIG_MAC80211_DEFAULT_PS_VALUE=1

And "ifconfig down" the interface before hostapd booting.
