Can't boot hostapd with ath9k driver

Hello.

I'm using latest hostapd which commited on "Thu, 11 Jun 2009 20:47:35 +0000".
But I can't boot hostapd.
The hostapd failed to change state of card to AP mode.

My environment is:
kernel : linux-2.6.30
compat wireless : compat-wireless-2.6.30.tar.bz2
regulatory database : wireless-regdb-2009.04.17.tar.bz2
CRDA : crda-1.1.0
hardware : WL300NC-G (AR9223/CB91 2x2 SB)

I enabled
CONFIG_MAC80211_DEFAULT_PS=n
CONFIG_MAC80211_DEFAULT_PS_VALUE=1
on compat-wireless.
