"WPA_PTK_GROUP entering state KEYERROR" with a Windows Mobile 6.1 client ONLY

Could you please help me to fix this issue ?
I just bought a Samsung Player Addict mobile phone which is running
Windows Mobile 6.1.
My gateway use an atheros miniPCI card with madwifi driver version
0.9.4+r3772.
I was using an old hostapd 0.5.10 from Debian and I just updated it to
0.6.6 (and used the good madwifi sources to build it).

The issue is still the same:
Sometimes connexion works for a few minutes, sometimes it can't connect
at all. After a while connexion gets broken.
