Git clone issue

Hi,

When I try to clone the git repository I get the following error:

$ git clone http://w1.fi/hostap.git
...
Cannot get remote repository information.
Perhaps git-update-server-info needs to be run there?

Are there any workarounds for this ? Am running git-1.5.4.rc1
