Hello all.
I have searched the archives going back a year and found nothing
about this.
I would like to bond two 802.11g cards and have them each on a
different channel, namely 6 and 11. But I think the only way that
I can get an access point to recognize that it is getting a bonded
signal is to bond the access points. So I was wondering if I
bonded two cards that would give me bond0 as in interface could I
then apply hostap to that interface? Bonding seems to be the only
way I can increase my through put. If I get complete bonding I
should get somewhere near 108mbs, but I doubt it will be complete
I'd be happy with 75 mbs. But is this possible?
Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree. If there is a better way to
do it then use hostap would you be so kind as to point me in that
direction.
Thanks
Joe.
