Updated WiFi Protected Setup (WPS) patch

This is a bug fix for the 0.5.10 patch. Changes include:
- fixed memory leaks
- move creation of identity out of EAP
- don't reject a credential if the SSID changes (unconfig -> config)
- only try AP without "Selected Registrar" if using PIN
