How to add new cryptographic functions?

It sounds more like you want to modify a kernel driver instead of the
supplicant as this level of processing is either handled by the wireless
device or in software by the driver.

Actually, I want to modify the way of TKIP generating its RC4 seed. 
But unfortunately, I can not find how TKIP implemented in wpa.c.
