IEEE 802.1X over wired network is usually using PAE group address
(i.e., multicast, not individual MAC address of the authenticator).
wpa_supplicant supports wired IEEE 802.1X authentication (configure the
build to include 'wired' driver and use -Dwired on wpa_supplicant
command line).
