RADIUS Server initialization failed

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for the help and inputs. 
I have neglected the accounting services from the hostapd as of now and its working fine. 

But still the question remains that if the hostapd source code is running on a Linux machine having AR5212 chipset, can it be used as RADIUS server and Accounting server both. 
1] And if yes, why it gives "connection refused" status like I mentioned before. 
2] Should the accounting server IP should be the IP pof the machine or the chipset?

Yes, FreeRadius is a good option, but my intention was to use the hostapd source code itself with all services so that no extra utility would be required.
