Have you enabled IEEE80211_CRYPT_CCMP (IEEE 802.11i CCMP support) in
kernel configuration? The current Host AP driver is using the
ieee80211_crypt_* modules and you would need to modprobe
ieee80211_crypt_ccmp here instead of hostap_crypt_wep.
