Hello,
when I try to connect to a wpa-network with Radius-auth I get the
following message in wpa_supplicant debug mode:
Failed to set encryption.
Unknown algorithm 'CCMP'.
You may need to load kernel module to register that algorithm.
E.g., 'modprobe hostap_crypt_wep' for WEP.
WPA: Failed to set PTK to the driver.
Googleing didn't bring any meaningful results exept for one stating
that I should type 'modprobe hostap_crypt_tkip' which wasn't of much
help since there are no hostap_crypt_* modules present on my system.
kernel: 2.6.18-gentoo-r6 with hostap as modules
card: SanDisk ConnectPlus 128 (prism chipset), Firmware 1.8.4
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
could also be a problem with the firmware flashing. When I try to do
that with the follwing commands:
prism2_srec -gs wlan0 $TOP/pm010102.hex
prism2_srec -gp wlan0 $TOP/pm010102.hex #fail
iwpriv wlan0 reset 1
prism2_srec -rp wlan0 $TOP/rf010804.hex
I get this output:

Thank you for your help.
Have a nice weekend.
