prism2_config() failed... (Consulted FAQ's and Mailing archive but still could not resolve)

I tried excluding irq 3,4,5,6,7,8 but then the irq assigned to pcmcia
card was irq 10 and still it gives the same problem. I was unable to
set irq 2 or 9 to it. Is there anyway i can force this irq to this
device? Any other suggestions.

I would also like to mention, that despite these errors my card works
fine, its working in all modes (Master, Managed & Ad-Hoc).

I download all the files from this link
http://linux.junsun.net/intersil-prism/firmware/1.7.4/

and placed them in /lib/hotplug/firmware and also to /lib/firmware

but this problem is still also there.
