Running bcm43xx-d80211 as access-point

Well, I switched back to previous firmware and it still works.
There was something wrong with the configuration steps, I'm quite sure I 
missed to set essid with iwconfig.
The laptop discovers the network and can associate. However I didn't
check correctness of exchanges. Below some captures:

For information kernel part is based on:
- net/d80211 from wireless-dev.git 2006/06/15
- Michael Buesch & Alexander Tsvyashchenko 's patch [PATCH, RFT]
bcm43xx: AccessPoint mode posted 2006/06/19
- a change in hostapd to make wlan interface up rather than
management interface (On my sytem, ifconfig wmgmt0 up raises operation
not permitted. Do people set wlan interface up before running hostapd?).
- a patch for bcm43xx driver, to reset mac_suspended counter when 
interfaces goes up. To get rid of many "wrong assertion" about this 
variable.

Patches are attached (hostapd.diff includes Michael's patch).
