ctrl_interface wpa_cli env variable and manpage updates

Hi Jouni,

Attached patches (wpa_ctrl_dir.patch and wpa_cli_manpage_update.patch) 
attempt to document the recently added wpa_cli environment variables. I 
also find the location of the ctrl_interface useful in an action script, 
I hope you agree :-) 

Some typo's in wpa_cli manpage were also fixed.

wpa_supplicant_manpage_update.patch adds some info about -C and -g options.
