Help me with wpa_suppliant on windows XP??

Dear!
I run wpa_supplicant version 0.5.0 in
wpa_supplicant-windows-bin that distributed, on
windows XP with winpcap 3.1 Everything sucessfullly.

I compile it form source by MinGW OK. But when I run
compiled wpa_supplicant.exe then it dead. I see, when
it run to "Initializing interface (2)" and dead.

Windows XP notice error: "wpa_supplicant.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the in convenience"

I Hope, someone will be able to reproduce this problem
