The latest rt2x00 driver does work in this kernel :\
But, I'm trying to make a home AP using hostapd. Since end of november I
could not build hostapd against none of rt2x00 snapshots.
The older-than-dezember rt2x00 driver is useless with hostapd since it has
some issues that prevents comunication after some packets.
That is, I can associate my client to hostapd with wpa. Client receives it's
IP by dhcp. Client can connect to remote hosts and request some data, but
after a while the AP stops responding, not even a beacon!
I think latest versions of rt2x00 have been fixed, but none of them builds
with hostapd :(
Still want me to test with a fresh 2.6.19 vanilla?
