Ralinktech RT61 opensource driver and wpa_supplicant

All the driver files seems to be GPLed but no mention about any license 
in driver_ralink.c or driver_ralink.h. I tried them with wpa_supplicant 
v.0.4.8 and rt61.ko driver but it caused oops and warnings about 
obsolete we usage etc. It seems that it will need cleanup.
