Instability with ipw2200, wpa_supplicant and hostapd

The wpa_supplicant.log reminds me of a problem I had recently.
It was caused by a bug in baselayout.
It's fixed in baselayout-1.11.14-r8. There is also some info in the
Gentoo Changelog
