I 'm trying to get the communication quality, signal strength, and noise level with "get_rid (local_dev, HFA384X_RID_COMMSQUALITY)", but even I turn off the associated AP, the values, which I measured from the terminal, have not distinct different, what is wrong with it?

The hostap 0.3.7 is used, and the pcmcia card is netgear ma401.

anyone can give me some suggestion?
