What do you mean with EAP-TLS? IEEE 802.1X with dynamic WEP keys (i.e.,
no WPA) or WPA-Enterprise/EAP? Please give some more details of what is
not working. wpa_supplicant has supported EAP-TLS with internal
implementation since v0.2.1..
