Question about the coding of hostap driver

I am studying on the coding on the hostap driver and have some questions in 
the code.

1) what is the use of HFA384X_INW() and HFA384X_OUTW()?????

2)what is the use of spin_lock_irqsave()???

3) what is the offset of BAP??

4) what is the meaning and difference of FID and RID?

5) If i want to print out the port number of packets for analysis, which 
variable and in which function in the hostap_hw.c should i print??
