Kernel version:
Linux version 2.6.3-mm4 (joshk at firesong) (gcc version 3.3.3 (Debian)) #1
Sat Feb 28 17:14:15 PST 2004
The laptop itself has a P4 2.0GHz desktop CPU in it, and here is the
overall lspci output: (lspci -vv is attached as lspci.txt, includes
output for PCMCIA bridge of course)

02:09.0 CardBus bridge: Texas Instruments PCI1250 PC card Cardbus Controller (rev 01)
02:09.1 CardBus bridge: Texas Instruments PCI1250 PC card Cardbus Controller (rev 01)
So the situation is pretty different from yours - entirely different
chipset. I have succesfully used other Prism2 cards in this laptop, such
as the US Robotics 2415.
Pavel, sorry for deluging you with ambiguous emails earlier, I was in a
hurry to do some things with my family. Will try to sit down for a bit
longer this time :)
