This setting only affect IEEE 802.11 authentication and removing
something from RADIUS server does not have a way of triggering anything
in hostapd. However, if you add a Session-Timeout attribute to the
RADIUS message, hostapd will use the given timeout to force STA to
reauthenticate and at this time, STA will not be allowed to authenticate
if RADIUS server does not accept its address.
