Unable to send packets?

I dont know if there is a way, but one workaround would be to 
have two cards. Assuming your computer or board (Eg Soekris)
has two PCMCIA slots, you can put one card in monitor mode, 
use that as a sniffer card, and the other card can act like 
a normal AP.
