All network devices die

Hello,
I have a netgear ma311 running in master mode. All works fine until network
load is placed on the wireless card.
If I send to the linux machine on interface wlan0, it goes at around 400kb/s
and works well. However, downloading from the linux machine results in all
network devices dying, even my eth0. Im guessing that it actually may be a
total system lockup, but I havent plugged in my monitor and keyboard to see
if it responds to anything.
This is the last thing I see in /var/log/messags before the crash:

I did a search for on google and found that at least 1 or 2 other users have
experienced the same issue.
