I just want to add that the firmware update utility is quite picky and
doesn't work with Intersil and ZoomAir drivers.  The driver that finally
worked for me with the update utility was Linksys WPC11 2.5:
http://linksys.com/download/driver.asp?dlid=59&osid=5

Since the card I was updating wasn't a Linksys card at all, I believe that
the driver would work with any card with Prism 2.5 chipset.
