wlan stop to work!?

Hi,
I'm using hostap driver v.0.0.3 with a PCI Netgear MA311GE, Debian GNU/Linux 
with kernel 2.4.20 recompiler. It work fine but sometime it stop to work.

log /var/log/messages:
