HostAP not work after hostapd is turned off

Hi,

If I run hostAP, and hostapd to authenticate users. 802.1x works perfect for 
me. But When I turned off Hostapd. HostAp can not go back to the normal 
mode. It will reject frames from station. I have to restart HostAP to make 
it work.

There maybe a bug in the code, such that when you turn off hostapd, it can 
not reset hostAp to a working mode.

Did anybody have this problem?
