AP Lockups

     Ironically a few min. after I sent my last message to the list my
AP locked up again.  It happens to us randomly from what I can tell.
Some times it takes only 30 min. and other times it takes a day to a
week.  Here is what we are using/know about the system before it locks
up:

Hardware:
  Soekris net4511 or net4521 (32MB or 64MB RAM)
  32MB SanDisk Compact Flash card
  Zcomax XI-325HI (23db) (1.4.9 or 1.5.6)

Software:
  Kernel: 2.4.20 and 2.4.20-pre2
  HostAP: almost the snapshot or 10-12-2002

Clients are a mixture of Orinoco and Zcomax cards.  WEP is disabled on
all.

Minuets before a lockup:  
-> The systems have plenty of free RAM and disk space.  
-> Interestingly enough the watchdog timer does not seem to reset the
system like it should which would make you think the hardware is locking
up, which is possible or the watchdog timer software/hardware does not
work properly.  
-> It seems to happen only during high traffic.  We have another AP that
hardly get used that has been running for over a month without a
problem.

Based off my log file I would guess that there is a possible bug when
the HostAP driver lowers the rate to 55 since it never got to log it to
the file...here is the tail of my log file:

Any help would be appreciated.
